For this concern there is a-Outlook Express restore.As far as I know tool can backup info,but exactly it recover data very quickly.Program helped me some weeks ago and utility can restore Microsoft Outlook (not Oulook Express) messages, contacts, notes, journals,save the messages by the end of the restoration process.
